How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. Here's how to track your order:

Check your SMS, email, or WhatsApp for a message from Everlasting containing your tracking link and tracking ID.
Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your shipment.
If you haven't received tracking details, please email us at care@everlasting.shop with your order number and we'll share the details right away.

Shipping Timelines:

Personalized items (name necklaces, engraved pieces): These are made specially for you. Manufacturing takes approximately 5 days, and dispatch happens within 7 working days from the date of order.
Non-personalized items: Dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 additional days depending on your location. We ship through trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and other leading Indian courier services.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

If your order has crossed the expected delivery date, email us at care@everlasting.shop with your order number. We'll check with the courier partner and get back to you within 24 hours.
