How to Place a Personalized Order:
Select the product you love on everlasting.shop.
Enter the name, initials, or text you want engraved/crafted in the personalization field.
Double-check your spelling carefully. Once submitted, changes cannot be made as manufacturing begins within an hour.
Complete your payment and you're all set!
Important Things to Know:
Spelling and accuracy: Please double-check what you type. Since each piece is made to order, we cannot modify or redo orders for spelling errors entered by the customer.
Character limits: Each product has a character limit mentioned on the product page. Keep names/text within the specified limit for the best look.
Font and style: The font and style used will match what is shown on the product page.
Manufacturing time: Personalized items take approximately 5 days to manufacture and are dispatched within 7 working days.
No cancellations or returns: Since personalized products are made uniquely for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded (except for manufacturing defects, see our Refund Policy).
