What payment methods does Everlasting accept?

What payment methods does Everlasting accept?


We accept all major payment methods:


  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)

  • Net Banking

  • Mobile Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


Cash on Delivery (COD):


  • COD is available on eligible orders.

  • A confirmation call will be made after you place a COD order.

  • You can cancel a COD order by clicking the cancel button in the order confirmation message or during the confirmation call.

  • Once confirmed, COD orders cannot be cancelled.


My payment was deducted but the order was not placed:


Don't worry! If your payment was deducted but you didn't receive an order confirmation:


  1. Wait for 30 minutes. Sometimes there's a delay in confirmation.

  2. Check your SMS, email, and WhatsApp for an order confirmation.

  3. If no confirmation arrives, email us at care@everlasting.shop with your payment screenshot and we will verify and resolve it within 4 hours.

  4. If the order was not created, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.


I want to change my payment method after placing an order:


Unfortunately, the payment method cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you placed a COD order and want to switch to prepaid (or vice versa), you would need to cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new one.
